18 U.S.C. 2257 Statement

In accordance with 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 18 U.S.C. §2257A, and the recordkeeping requirements of 28 C.F.R. Parts 75 and 75A that relate to adult content, all models, actors, actresses and other persons appearing in any audiovisual, photographic or other visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct indexed or linked to from this website (desipornmms.com) were at least 18 years of age at the time of the creation of such depictions.

DesiPornMMS is not a producer (primary or secondary), as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. §2257(h)(1), of any content found on this website. DesiPornMMS does not itself produce, direct, film, record, create, assemble, or distribute any audiovisual work containing actual, simulated or artistic sexually explicit conduct. DesiPornMMS operates solely in the role of a discovery/search/indexing directory. Every listing on this site links to original content hosted and distributed on third-party sites. Any and all content produced and/or uploaded by third parties (including content uploaded by users of third-party social or hosting sites such as Reddit, Erome, Telegram, SpankBang, Hamster, xHamster, and any other website) is not the responsibility of this site.

Records regarding any third-party content are maintained by the site on which the content appears, as the initial producer.
