DesiPornMMS is committed to a safe, lawful and respectful adult-content ecosystem. Use this page if you need to report adult content listed or linked on DesiPornMMS so it can be reviewed for removal.

How to report

Email [email protected] with the word “TAKEDOWN” in the subject line for quickest handling, and include:

• Full URL of the listing on DesiPornMMS you want removed (e.g., https://desipornmms.com/video/…).
• Reason for report (options below) and, where applicable, a brief description of the issue.
• Your name and contact email so we can confirm receipt.
• For DMCA: a signed copyright claim (see below).

Alternatively use the on-page report link if one is present on a listing, or reach out via the anonymous contact form on any listing page if provided.

Reasons you may report

• Copyright / DMCA — you own or control rights to the underlying video, photograph or other material.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (revenge porn). DesiPornMMS does not tolerate non-consensual sharing; uploaders and hosts bearing such content are removed from our index.
• CSAM / under-18 persons. Any suspicion that a person in an indexed video is under 18 is treated as an emergency. We will remove the listing immediately and escalate to the hosting platform.
• Content that advertises illegal services, depicts bestiality, incest (as defined by local law), or is otherwise illegal.
• Privacy violations — content exposing your identity or contact details without consent.
• Additional editorial issues — misleading tagging, wrong category or wrong language, etc.
• Something else.

DMCA notice requirements

To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, include in your email:

• Your full name, street address, phone number and email address.
• Identification of the work you claim is infringed and the URL(s) on DesiPornMMS where the infringing material is indexed.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the reported use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We forward DMCA notices to the relevant hosting provider when removal requires action from them, and we will confirm to you when your listing has been removed from DesiPornMMS. Falsely reporting with intent to cause harm may lead to your address being blocked and may invite legal consequences.

Response times

• CSAM / child under-18 / non-consensual intimate imagery: immediate review, listing removed within hours upon confirmation; hosting platform notified.
• DMCA: typically acknowledged within 24 hours and actioned within 1–3 business days.
• Other reports: reviewed in order of receipt, usually within 72 hours.

Notice about index-only removals

Because DesiPornMMS does not host content, listing removal here means the item is dropped from our index directory and no longer discoverable through us. The underlying video may still be available on the third-party host. We will give you the relevant host’s own takedown contact on request, and in some cases we will submit your intended takedown to the host on your behalf if you are unable to.
